Hard copy books are shipped using Canadian postal services with standard handling and shipping rates.

All sales of electronic publications are final and they cannot be returned or refunded once receipt / download has occurred.

Hard-copy books may be returned for a full refund, provided they are returned in original condition, with paid postage to:
